Goldspike Exploration Inc. is a junior mineral exploration corporation with an experienced
management team engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of properties for the
mining of precious metals. The Corporation has interests in 5,058 mineral claims in the Yukon
Territory, representing 40 claim groups.
The Corporation's principal property is the VIP Property, which consists of 403 mineral claims
and other nearby claims totalling approximately 1000 claims located within the Whitehorse Mining
District approximately 120 km due south of Dawson City and some 350 km northwest of the city of
Whitehorse.
The VIP Project is located 3 Km west of Kaminak's Coffee Creek Property in the Yukon Territory, Canada.
The company has interest in a portfolio of 40 early stage gold exloration properties.
